In December 2011, the government of Brazil initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and in October 2013 a definitive duty was imposed. In October 2018, a sunset review was initiated. The definitive duty was extended on imports from China and Chinese Taipei whilst the duty was terminated on imports from Finland, Germany, the Republic of Korea and Vietnam. In October 2023, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from China was initiated. In May 2024, the definitive duty was extended to imports from China following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In October 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2025.
