The government of Turkiye on 11 November 2016, via Decree 2016/9391, introduced additional import duties on a wide range of products. The products impacted by these import duties increases belong to the following categories: fruits, nuts, watches, clocks, fabricated metal products, manufactured articles as well as products that are primarily used for measuring, checking, testing and navigating.
The Decree entered into effect on the same day that it got published.
