On 30 December 2016, the European Commission published Regulation 2390/2016 updating the list of (partially) suspended autonomous Common Customs tariffs.
The list is based on goods where the production within the European Union is "currently inadequate or non-existent, and thus the needs of user industries in the Union cannot be met." (cf. preamble of regulation 1387/2013)

The regulation deleted eleven 6-digit tariff lines, thus re-imposing the original tariff on these goods.

The regulation added products falling under a total 507 6-digit tariff lines. The products can now be imported subject to a rebated duty.
