EU: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of ceramic tiles from China

In May 2010, the European Commission initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and definitive duties were imposed in September 2011. The definitive duty was extended for an additional period following the conclusion of a sunset review. In September 2016, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2017. In November 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in February 2024.
