Brazil: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of sacks and bags of jute from Bangladesh and termination of duty India

In March 2009, the government of Brazil initiated an antidumping investigation. In September 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2016. In September 2021, a new sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty on imports of the subject good from Bangladesh was extended for a new period in September 2022. In September 2022, the definitive duty on the imports of the subject good from India was terminated.
