Republic of Korea: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of plywood from Malaysia

In March 2010, the government of the Republic of Korea initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and imposed definitive duties in February 2011. In September 2014 and in May 2017 the definitive duty was extended following the conclusions of two separate sunset reviews. In November 2019, a third sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2020. In July 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2024 (applicable extension date in November 2023).
