EU: Extension of definitive antidumping duty imposed on imports of open mesh fabrics of glass fibre from China and from Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Thailand and Chinese Taipei following an anti-circumvention investigation

In April 2010, the European Commission initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in August 2011. The definitive duty was extended to imports of the subject good from Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Thailand and Chinese Taipei following an anti-circumvention investigation. The definitive duty was extended for an additional period in November 2017 following the conclusion of a sunset review. In April 2022, a new sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2024. In August 2026, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Kosovo, Moldova, North Macedonia and Serbia was initiated.
