India: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of glass fibre and articles thereof from China

In January 2010, the government of India initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and in January 2011 a definitive duty was imposed. In September 2016, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review. In September 2018, the definitive duty imposed on imports from China was extended to imports from a Thai company following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In September 2020, a sunset review was initiated. The duty was terminated in November 2021.
