India: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of phenol from the European Union, Singapore and the Republic of Korea

In October 2014, the government of India initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in March 2016. In December 2020, a sunset review was initiated on imports from the European Union and Singapore. The definitive duty imposed on imports from Korea expired in March 2021. In July 2021, the sunset review on imports from the European Union and Singapore was terminated. In October 2021, the definitive duty was terminated.
