Turkiye: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of certain finished or semi-finished artificial leather from China

In February 2009, the government of Turkiye initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and imposed a definitive duty in April 2009. In April 2015, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review initiated in April 2014. In April 2020, a sunset review was initiated and a definitive duty was imposed for a new period in May 2021. In September 2021, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Malaysia and Jordan was initiated.
