In August 2009, the government of Peru initiated a new anti-subsidy investigation and imposed a provisional duty in December 2009. In August 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2017. In February 2020, a sunset review was intiaited.
