In January 2010, the government of Mexico extended the definitive antidumping duty on imports of ferrosilicomanganese from Ukraine. In September 2013, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2014. In September 2018, a new sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2019. In September 2023, a sunset review was initiated.
