In January 2009, the government of India extended the definitive duty imposed on imports of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber NBR from the Republic of Korea following the conclusion of a sunset review. In December 2013, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2015. In February 2020, a sunset review was initiated.
