Argentina: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain parenteral solutions containing sodium chloride or dextrose from Brazil and Mexico

In June 2018, the Argentinian authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain parenteral solutions containing sodium chloride or dextrose from Brazil and Mexico. In October 2018, a provisional duty was imposed. In December 2019, a definitive antidumping duty was imposed. In March 2020, the definitive duty was suspended following the COVID-19 outbreak. In October 2021, the suspension expired. In November 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2023.
