Australia: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain hollow structural sections from China, Chinese Taipei, Malaysia and the Republic of Korea (termination of the investigation without duty concerning Thailand) and definitive countervailing duty on imports from China

In August 2011, the government of Australia initiated a new anti-dumping investigation. In 2012 a definitive antidumping and countervailing duty was imposed. The duty was extended in June 2017. In September 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2022. In September 2021, a sunset review concerning the definitive anti-subsidy duty was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2022.
