Brazil: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of nitrile rubber (NBR) from France and the Republic of Korea

In June 2017, the Secretary for Foreign Trade of the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of nitrile rubber (NBR) from France and the Republic of Korea. In March 2018, a provisional duty was imposed and a definitive duty was imposed in August 2018. In Augsut 2023, a sunset review was initiated.
