Germany: Direct grants through the Central Innovation Programme for SMEs

On 30 October 2015, the European Commission did not raise objections against the Central Innovation Programme for SMEs 2015-2019, which is one of the key instruments of the German innovation policy with an annual budget of 543 million EUR. The German government had notified the scheme in May 2015.
