United States of America: Bonding requirement on new importers of goods subject to AD and CVD orders

On March 31, 2017 President Trump signed a presidential executive order on the collection of antidumping and countervailing duties that may lead to a requirement that new importers post bonds on certain transactions, thus increasing the cost of doing business and discouraging new entrants to the import trade.
