Description
On 15 July 2009, the Russian Government extended the list of the goods that are mandatory for quarantine and phytosanitary control (SPS measures). As a result, used light cars, tractors and busses entered the list.

On 17 August 2010, the State Bank of Vietnam has devalued the national currency, the Dong, for the fifth time since 2008.
Pakistan: Reduction and elimination of import tariffs on specialized machinery
Description
On 6 June 2010, the government of Pakistan lowered and reduced import tariffs for certain specialized equipment.
Imports of machinery such as rice whiteners and milk filters may now enter the country duty free.
