Russia: Import tariff decrease on stamping machines

Description

Government Decree # 803 from 5 October 2009 established an import duty of 0% (down from 10%) on stamping machines with programmed numerical control and an import duty of 10% (the same rate) on other (stamping machines) for 9 months. The measure is effective from 13 December 2009.
